Dear Parents and Guardians,

A new school year begins in September. We therefore invite you to enrol your children in the activities offered by our Centre.

To enrol a child, please complete the application form and send it by email to kontakt@czp3.elodz.edu.pl or submit it in person at the Centre’s office.

Please note that voluntary contributions may be made to support the development of our Centre and its activities for children. All contributions are used for purposes such as performance costumes, refreshments and materials required during classes.
